Banana Upside Down Cake
A fun and delicious version to a traditional pineapple upside down cake.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Large Ripe Banana
Sliced into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 Cup Butter, unsalted
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Units Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 Cup Ripe Banana
Pureed
- 2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Reduced Fat Evaporated Milk
