Summer Pineapple Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cups Pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, with added ascorbic acid
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 4 Cups Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • 1.  In a pot over medium heat, combine sugar and water to make simple syrup. Stir until sugar completely dissolved, and simmer for 5 minutes. Put to cool in the refrigerator.
  • 2.  Combine all ingredients for the lemonade add simple syrup and serve over crushed ice. Recipes makes approximately 10 cups. Suggested serving size is 1 cup. Serves 10 persons.
