2 Cups Pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, with added ascorbic acid
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
4 Cups Water
4 Cups Ice Cubes
Instructions
1. In a pot over medium heat, combine sugar and water to make simple syrup. Stir until sugar completely dissolved, and simmer for 5 minutes. Put to cool in the refrigerator.
2. Combine all ingredients for the lemonade add simple syrup and serve over crushed ice. Recipes makes approximately 10 cups. Suggested serving size is 1 cup. Serves 10 persons.
