Carrot Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Carrots cubed
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Unit CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (330ml)
  • 1/2 Cup Stout

Instructions

  • 1.  Place carrots and enough water to cover in blender, pulse for 3 minutes.
  • 2.  Strain contents into a pitcher and discard the leftover pulp. Repeat the process until all the carrot has been blended and strained.
  • 3.  Add all remaining ingredients into the pitcher and stir until fully combined. Chill until ready to drink.
