Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
  • 3/4 Cup MILO®
  • 1 large Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 2/3 Cup Nestle 100% Low Fat Milk
  • 1 Cup Strawberries (cut into quarters)
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Instructions

  • 1.  In a bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt and stir in the MILO®
  • 2.  Add egg and Milk stir until all of the dry ingredients have been hydrated. Set aside.
  • 3.  Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-low heat. Drop batter into the skillet ¼ cup at a time and cook until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip and cook until pancakes are light fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat and repeat for remaining batter.
  • 4.  Serve hot with strawberries & blueberries or fruit of choice.
