Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup NESTLÉ® MILO Filled Cookies fillings removed and cookies crumbled
  • 1/3 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1.25 Pounds Cream Cheese softened
  • 3/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
  • 3 Mediums Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 8 Pieces NESTLÉ® MILO Filled Cookies broken into medium sized chunks

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbed cookies and melted butter. Line muffin pans with cupcake liners. Evenly distribute MILO mixture among muffin cups and press firmly on bottom.
  • 2.  In a blender, combine cream cheese, NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla essence and fillings from MILO Cookies. Add eggs one at a time on low speed. Finally, incorporate corn starch. Continue blending for 4 minutes on medium speed.
  • 3.  Using a spatula or wooden spoon, transfer batter to a mixing bowl then fold in MILO Cookies chunks
  • 4.  Pour batter into prepared muffin pans. Place a pan filled with water on the last rack of the oven. Bake cheesecake for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill for at least 2 hours. If desired, top with whipped cream.
