Ingredients

  • 200 Grams Elbow Macaroni (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Units Eggs
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a medium bowl, add pasta and mixed vegetables.
  • 2.  In a separate bowl, add mustard, eggs and Maggi Season Up All Purpose and black pepper to Carnation Full Cream Evaporated Milk and mix.
  • 3.  Add milk mixture and 1 1/2 cup cheese to pasta with vegetable; incorporate.
  • 4.  Spoon mixture into greased muffin pan sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven 375ºF (190ºC) for 25 minutes
