1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. using pan spray grease 1-9 inch baking tin.
2. In a sauce pan over medium heat bring to a simmer, butter, water and oil. set aside and allow to cool. combine flour, sugar, baking powder, NESTLE TOLLHOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS and NESTLE TOLLHOUSE COCOA POWDER
3. Add butter mixture to flour. fold in whisked eggs gradually.
4. Dissolve baking soda in NESTLE CARNATION EVAPORATION FULL CREAM MILK. Add to the above
5. Pour batter in prepared pan. bake for 40-45 minutes or until a tooth pick when inserted comes out clean.
