Devil's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Units Eggs whisked
  • 4 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter 1 stick
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 4 ounces NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. using pan spray grease 1-9 inch baking tin.
  • 2.  In a sauce pan over medium heat bring to a simmer, butter, water and oil. set aside and allow to cool. combine flour, sugar, baking powder, NESTLE TOLLHOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS and NESTLE TOLLHOUSE COCOA POWDER
  • 3.  Add butter mixture to flour. fold in whisked eggs gradually.
  • 4.  Dissolve baking soda in NESTLE CARNATION EVAPORATION FULL CREAM MILK. Add to the above
  • 5.  Pour batter in prepared pan. bake for 40-45 minutes or until a tooth pick when inserted comes out clean.
