1. Clean chicken and cut into small pieces. Season with Season Up, onion, and garlic.

2. Heat oil in a large pot, add brown sugar. When sugar has caramelized, add chicken, and stir to coat completely with caramelized sugar before adding Nescafé Gold. Cover and cook chicken on medium high heat for 10 minutes
3. Add rice, carrot, and green peas. Combine water and coconut milk powder and add to the pot. Top with hot pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, cover pot tightly and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove hot pepper. Serve with Green Salad.
