2 Tablespoons Nescafé Classic Instant Coffee 100G Glass Jar
10 Slices Bread, Wheat Bran
1 Cup Raisins, Seedless
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C or (350°F). In a large bowl, whisk eggs, add NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and combine well, add CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK, NESCAFE INSTANT COFFEE, vanilla essence and almond essence.
2. In another bowl, combine bread and all the other dry ingredients. Pour NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK mixture over bread and stir to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes (allowing bread to absorb liquid) to moisten bread thoroughly.
3. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan, garnish as desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
4. Allow bread pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into 14 slices.
I love bread pudding one of my favorite dessert.
