Ingredients

  • 2 Units Eggs
  • 1 cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 16.4 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Almond Essence
  • 2 Tablespoons Nescafé Classic Instant Coffee 100G Glass Jar
  • 10 Slices Bread, Wheat Bran
  • 1 Cup Raisins, Seedless
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder

Instructions

  • 1.  Pre-heat oven to 180°C or (350°F). In a large bowl, whisk eggs, add NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and combine well, add CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK, NESCAFE INSTANT COFFEE, vanilla essence and almond essence.
  • 2.  In another bowl, combine bread and all the other dry ingredients. Pour NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK mixture over bread and stir to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes (allowing bread to absorb liquid) to moisten bread thoroughly.
  • 3.  Pour mixture into prepared baking pan, garnish as desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  • 4.  Allow bread pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into 14 slices.
