Coffee Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sea Salt
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 Cups Water
(1 quart)
- 3 Tablespoons Black Peppercorns
(or assorted peppercorns)
- 1/2 Cup Herbs of Choice
- 2 Pounds Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons NESCAFÉ® Classic Double Filter
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Chili Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Season-Up Ginger Powdered Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
For The Brine

1. In a large container, combine salt, sugar, peppercorns and herbs. Submerge pork chops and marinate for 30 minutes.
For the Coffee Rub
