Easy Peezy Mac n' Cheese Balls
Cripsy and crunchy baked macaroni and cheese balls perfect for kids and the entire family.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
softened
- 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 3/4 Cup Nestlé Carnation Light Reduced Fat Uht Evaporated Filled Milk 330Ml Carton
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
shredded
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
shredded
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
(cooked)
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Units Eggs
whisked
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

3. Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella, MAGGI Naturisimo and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add cooked elbows to sauce, remove from heat.

6. Using a 1 inch ice cream scoop or tablespoon-sized scoop, portion out and shape the balls, taking care to make them about 1-inch in diameter. Roll each ball in the flour, then dip in eggs and roll it through the breadcrumbs, place it on baking sheet greased with pan spray. Repeat until all the balls have been battered, placing about 10 balls per baking tray.
