Quinoa Fried Rice
This recipe presents a more nutritious option to create a tasty fried rice.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Pieces Eggs
Whisked
- 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 2 Tablespoons Onion
Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic
Chopped
- 1.5 Pounds Quinoa, cooked
- 1/4 Cup Escallion
thinly, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Soya Sauce
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Rice it Up Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning

2. In the same wok, add ½ tbsp. oil and heat over medium flame. Add mixed vegetables, onions and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent. Increase heat to high and add remaining oil. Immediately add quinoa and green onions, soya sauce, MAGGI RICE IT UP, Chinese Rice Flavour, and stir until combined. Continue tossing quinoafor an additional 3 minutes. Add eggs and stir to combine.
