Loukoumades (Greek Donuts)
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 Pack Yeast
- 3 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
(chopped)
Instructions
To prepare the donuts:

1. In an electric stand mixer, add water and yeast, stir with a fork and leave to rest for 5 minutes until the yeast dissolves. Into the same bowl, add Evaporated Milk, flour, brown sugar, salt and olive oil (for about 2 minutes) until the mixture becomes a smooth batter.
