Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Green Butterfly Condensed Milk
  • 1 3/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (or NESTLÉ® Green Butterfly® Evaporated Milk)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Sticks NESCAFÉ® Mokaccino
  • 1 Teaspoon Mixed Spice for Baking
  • 10 Slices Bread

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • 2.  In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, Green Butterfly Condensed Milk, Full Cream Evaporated Milk, and vanilla.
  • 3.  Combine with cocoa powder, Nescafé Mockccino Stick, and mixed spices for baking. Pour mixture over bread torn into pieces.
  • 4.  Allow to sit for 10 minutes to absorb the liquid before pouring into the prepared baking pan.
  • 5.  Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before sharing. Garnish with drizzle of Green Butterfly Sweetened Condensed Milk and enjoy.
