5 Teaspoons Cocoa Powder
4 Teaspoons Cornstarch
4 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
2 1/4 Cups NESTLÉ 100% Full Cream Cow's Milk (warmed)
3 Tablespoons NESCAFÉ® Classic Double Filter
1/2 Cup TOLLHOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream
Instructions
1.
Whisk the corn-starch, cocoa, and sugar in a small pot. Pour the warm Cow’s Milk 100% Full Cream into the pot.
2.
Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking often to avoid lumps.
3.
Bring the mixture almost to a light boil, then reduce the heat to low and fold in Instant Coffee and the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
4.
Whisk the mixture until creamy and dense, adding more sugar if desired. Divide into to cups, top with whipped cream and serve.
