Ingredients

  • 5 Teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 4 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 1/4 Cups NESTLÉ 100% Full Cream Cow's Milk (warmed)
  • 3 Tablespoons NESCAFÉ® Classic Double Filter
  • 1/2 Cup TOLLHOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • 1.  Whisk the corn-starch, cocoa, and sugar in a small pot. Pour the warm Cow’s Milk 100% Full Cream into the pot.
  • 2.  Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking often to avoid lumps.
  • 3.  Bring the mixture almost to a light boil, then reduce the heat to low and fold in Instant Coffee and the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
  • 4.  Whisk the mixture until creamy and dense, adding more sugar if desired. Divide into to cups, top with whipped cream and serve.
