Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Cups NESTLÉ 100% Full Cream Cow's Milk (warmed)
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 milligram Salt TT
  • 1 cup NESCAFÉ® 3 IN 1 (20g dissolved in 1 cup hot water)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a small, heavy saucepan on low heat roast the cinnamon by continuously shaking the pan over the heat for 2 minutes.
  • 2.  Add the Evaporated Full Cream Milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Heat just until the edges start to bubble. Do not over-heat.
  • 3.  Add the coffee and place in a small bowl and use a whisk or fork to create the froth.
  • 4.  Pour coffee into glasses and split the froth amongst them. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
