Ingredients
1 Pound Beef, Flank, Steak, Separable Lean Only, Trimmed To 0" Fat, All Grades, Raw cut in 1/2 thick strips
5 grams MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
1/4 Cup Onion cut in strips
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Cabbage, Raw chopped
1 Cup Carrots peeled, cut into thin strips
2 Teaspoons Garlic chopped
1 Cup Sweet Peppers assorted colours, cut in strips
2 Teaspoons Thyme
1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
Instructions
1.
Marinate beef with MAGGI ALL PURPOSE SEASONING, soy sauce, scotch bonnet pepper and garlic. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2.
In a pan over medium heat brown beef in seasame oil for approximately 5 minutes, add onions, cabbage and carrots.
3.
Add thyme and sweet peppers. Cook for 5 minutes until meat is tender.
