Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Beef, Flank, Steak, Separable Lean Only, Trimmed To 0" Fat, All Grades, Raw cut in 1/2 thick strips
  • 5 grams MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Onion cut in strips
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup Cabbage, Raw chopped
  • 1 Cup Carrots peeled, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic chopped
  • 1 Cup Sweet Peppers assorted colours, cut in strips
  • 2 Teaspoons Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • 1.  Marinate beef with MAGGI ALL PURPOSE SEASONING, soy sauce, scotch bonnet pepper and garlic. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • 2.  In a pan over medium heat brown beef in seasame oil for approximately 5 minutes, add onions, cabbage and carrots.
  • 3.  Add thyme and sweet peppers. Cook for 5 minutes until meat is tender.
