Baked Turkey with Stuffing
Ingredients
- 10 Pounds Turkey
(10-12 lbs)
- 10 Packs Maggi® Season-up! CHICKEN POWDERED SEASONING
- 3 Tablespoons Garlic
(minced)
- 3 Tablespoons Green Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Celery
(finely chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Can Mushrooms
(drained)
- 1 Small Sweet Pepper
(or 3 Pimento/Seasoning Peppers, finely chopped)
- 1 large Onion
(finely chopped)
- 1 Cup Turkey Giblets
(chopped)
- 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Flavour D' Pot Chicken
(Or 1 MAGGI® Chicken Cube, dissolved in 2 cups of water)

5. Pull neck skin down to the back and fasten with toothpick.
