Cream Cheese Stuffed Red Velvet Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Red Food Colouring
- 8 Ounces Cream cheese
(softened)
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
(or vanilla essence)
- 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 4 Ounces Cream cheese
- 2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

2. In a large bowl, sift 2 ½ cups flour, 1 ¾ cups sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside.
