Ingredients
- 8 Cups Water
- 1 Cube MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes
- 2 Pounds Yellow Yam peeled and diced in 1 inch cubes
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Cup Raisins, Seeded
- 15 Ounces Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Tablespoon Escallion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley chopped
Instructions

1. In a pot bring to a boil water, add MAGGI VEGETABLE BOULLION stir to dissolve. Add yams to pot and cook until tender. Drain yams of all water and cool down in a refrigerator.

2. Combine together MAGGI NATURISIMO, mayonnaise, sugar, and cayenne pepper

3. In a mixing bowl toss together cooked yams, raisins mixed vegetables and scallion. Pour mayonnaise mixture over yam and incorporate nicely.

4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
