Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Unit Onion diced
- 1 Cup Tomatoes cubed
- 2 Cups Okra, Raw sliced in half
- 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube
- 3 Sprigs Thyme chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet finely chopped
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions

1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Sauté onions until translucent. Add tomatoes and okra, cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

2. Add MAGGI ONION AND GARLIC BOULLION CUBES, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper and water. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Serve hot.
