Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Unit Onion diced
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes cubed
  • 2 Cups Okra, Raw sliced in half
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube
  • 3 Sprigs Thyme chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

  • 1.  Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Sauté onions until translucent. Add tomatoes and okra, cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • 2.  Add MAGGI ONION AND GARLIC BOULLION CUBES, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper and water. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3.  Serve hot.
