Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients

  • 5 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Cup KLIM® Powdered Milk
  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Pack MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (25g)
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios (chopped) or whole maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • 1.  Set aside one cup grated coconut. Mix Powdered Milk, Condensed Milk and remaining grated coconut into a thick bottom pan over a medium heat and mix well. Heat the mixture stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • 2.  Once heated, cook on a slow fire until the starts leaving the sides of the pan, about five minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool
  • 3.  When cool, form 24 small balls. Using your finger form a small hole in the center of each ball and fill with chopped pistachios or a whole cherry. Then pinch ball closed and roll in reserved coconut.
