Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 2 Ounces Strawberry Yoghurt (approx ¼ cup)
  • 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Reduced Fat Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence (or vanilla extract)

Instructions

  • 1.  Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!
