Melt margarine in a skillet (reserve 1 tablespoon). Saute sweet pepper, onion and tomato for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs with MAGGI Season-Up, add CARNATION Evaporated Milk and continue whisking.

Heat skillet and add the reserved margarine, making sure to coat the bottom and sides. Add egg mixture and reduce heat slightly. As omelette cooks lift it with a spatula, turning it in the uncooked side.

When the top of the omelette has set, add sweet pepper, onion, tomato, and grated cheese on top of it. Use spatula to gentle fold over one side of the omelette onto the other.

Heat for one minute then remove form the skillet and serve hot.
