Vegetable Fruit Salad with Orange Vinaigrette

  • 1 Medium Iceberg Lettuce washed, drained and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Large Apple
  • 1 Medium Mango, ripe peeled and cubed
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime juice, fresh
  • 1/3 Cup Raisin
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese Cut into cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot shredded
  • 1 Teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1/2 Cup ORCHARD Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime juice, fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 Teaspoons Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI Season Up for Pork with Ginger
  • 1/3 Cup Olive oil


    1. Put the lettuce into a large bowl, add all the other ingredients and toss it over, garnish with shredded carrots

    2. Serve with vinaigrette.

    3. VINAIGRETTE: Add ingredients except olive oil to blender and blend. Blend until smooth.

    4. With the blender running, add the oil in a slow, steady stream
