Ingredients

  • 1 Lb.Potato Sliced thinly
  • 1/4 Cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot cut in cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli florets
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Pack MAGGI SEASON UP All Purpose
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)

    2. Spray an ovenproof dish 25cm with cooking spray and line greased ovenproof dish with sliced potatoes.

    3. Add broccoli, sweet peppers, carrots and mushroom to dish.

    4. In a small bowl mix eggs, milk,Season Up, garlic, chilli flakes.

    5. Add mixture to vegetable. Sprinkle with cheese.

    6. Bake for 25 minutes.
