In a medium saucepan, heat butter. Saute onion, garlic and pimento for 3 minutes.
Add flour and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk in in CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated milk slowly.
Add crumbled MAGGI Vegetable Cubes, cheddar and parmesan cheese.
Cook on medium low heat until cheese has melted and sauce thickens. Pour sauce onto steamed vegetables and serve hot.
