Vegetable In Creamy Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Unit Onion (diced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 3 Units Pimento (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 2 Cubes Maggi Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes 4G (Box Of 25)
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Cups Mixed Vegetables (steamed)


    1. In a medium saucepan, heat butter. Saute onion, garlic and pimento for 3 minutes.

    2. Add flour and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk in in CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated milk slowly.

    3. Add crumbled MAGGI Vegetable Cubes, cheddar and parmesan cheese.

    4. Cook on medium low heat until cheese has melted and sauce thickens. Pour sauce onto steamed vegetables and serve hot.
