Ingredients

  • 1Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 Piece Thyme, fresh
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chili pepper, scotch bonnet diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 Can Tuna in water
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI SEASON UP All Purpose (10 g)

Instructions

    1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the onion, garlic, thyme,hot pepper, chive/escallion and stir.

    2. Add the mixed vegetable and cook for three minutes. Stir in the tuna and Season Up.

    3. Reduce the heat to low and allow to cook through for another three minutes, remove from heat and serve with staple of choice
