  • 3 cups Nestlé Full Cream UHT Milk
  • 4 tbsps. Custard powder
  • 1 cup Maggi Coconut Milk Powder
  • 4 tbsps. Granulated sugar
  • 1 pk. (3 oz.) Pineapple flavoured gelatin powder
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1 cup Orchard Fruit Punch
  • ¼ cup Brandy (optional)
  • 2 cups Diced fruit of your choice
  • 1 Swiss roll, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups Whipping cream


    1. Dissolve custard powder in ½ cup milk and set aside

    2. Bring remaining milk to a boil, adding coconut milk powder and sugar.

    3. Pour custard mixture into boiling milk and stir to combine. Cook until custard thickens. Set aside to cool.

    4. Dissolve flavoured gelatin in hot water, add fruit punch and refrigerate to set.

    5. Using some of the swiss roll, line the bottom and sides of the dessert dish. Brush swiss roll with brandy.

    6. Layer half the custard, half set gelatin, half diced fruit and half the whipping cream.

    7. Repeat layers, finally topping with whipping cream.

    8. Chill until ready to serve.
