In a small mixing bowl, mix yeast, sugar and warm water. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.

Mix flour and salt in another mixing bowl.

Add yeast mixture to flour and stir to incorporate fully.

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Roll dough into a 15” x 10” rectangle and place on a grease baking sheet. Brush dough lightly with oil.

Bake dough in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Combine all the ingredients for the topping in a medium bowl.

Spread topping mixture onto the crust and return to oven for approx. 15 minutes or until lightly brown and cheese has melted.

Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm
