  • 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Ounce DLT Nestlé Nesquik Chocolate Flavour Milk Powder 200G Canister
  • 1 Unit Cake, Sponge, Commercially Prepared
  • 2 Tablespoon Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Ounce DLT Nescafé Classic Instant Coffee 100G Glass Jar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup DLT Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Cup Whipped Cream

  • Using an electric mixer, beat ½ cup whipping cream, sugar, cheese and vanilla essence until creamy.
  • In another bowl beat remaining whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture gently.
  • In a small bowl, mix coffee and coffee liqueur.
  • Place a few pieces cake in the bottom of 6 martini glasses.
  • Brush cake with coffee mixture.
  • Spoon some of the whipped cream mixture into each glass.
  • Top with some more pieces of cake and brush with some more of the coffee mixture and then the whipped cream mixture.
  • Just before serving sprinkle with Chocolate Powder and garnish with Chocolate shavings.
