  • 2 cups Whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Mascarpone / cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsps. Nescafé Instant Coffee dissolved in ½ cup warm water
  • 2 tbps. Coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 small Sponge cake, cut into small cubes
  • 3 tbsps. Nesquik Chocolate Powder
  • Shaved Nestle Milk Chocolate to garnish


  1. Using an electric mixer, beat ½ cup whipping cream, sugar, cheese and vanilla essence until creamy.

  2. In another bowl beat remaining whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.

  3. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture gently.

  4. In a small bowl, mix coffee and coffee liqueur.

  5. Place a few pieces cake in the bottom of 6 martini glasses.

  6. Brush cake with coffee mixture.

  7. Spoon some of the whipped cream mixture into each glass.

  8. Top with some more pieces of cake and brush with some more of the coffee mixture and then the whipped cream mixture.

  9. Just before serving sprinkle with Chocolate Powder and garnish with Chocolate shavings.
