Pour the dissolved Coconut Milk and EvaporatedMilk into the pot. Add the Bouillon cubes and hot pepper, bring to a boil
Using a wooden spoon, gradually stir in the cornmeal a little at a time, and then add the peas.
Reduce the heat and cover the pot, allow to steam for ten minutes, remove from heat and scoop into a casserole dish, cover with foil and allow to sit for another five minutes. Slice and serve as desired.
