Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 Pounds Cooked Chicken breast fillets diced
  • 1/4 Cup Finely chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Sweet pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomatoes

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine the flour, baking powder, and the Season Up, oil and the Low Fat Milk, then kneed into a dough.Cover the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes. Place dough on a clean flat surface;roll it into a 9" circle. Place it on a baking sheet

    2. Use a pastry brush (or a regular tablespoon) to spread the tomato sauceonto the dough, add 1/4 cup of the cheese, then the chicken, onion, sweet pepper and tomato. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top

    3. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges aregolden.
