Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine the flour, baking powder, and the Season Up, oil and the Low Fat Milk, then kneed into a dough.Cover the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes. Place dough on a clean flat surface;roll it into a 9" circle. Place it on a baking sheet
Use a pastry brush (or a regular tablespoon) to spread the tomato sauceonto the dough, add 1/4 cup of the cheese, then the chicken, onion, sweet pepper and tomato. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top
