Tasty Tofu Balls

  • 1 Pound Tofu ,shredded
  • 1 Piece Garlic ,minced
  • 1 Unit Onion ,minced
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot ,grated
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Canola Oil
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs


  1. Place shredded tofu into a bowl; add all ingredients except bread crumbs, combine and let sit for ten minutes.

  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon seasoned tofu into palm of hands, compress into a bowl (do not roll tofu it will crumble).

  3. Roll balls into bread crumbs and placed into a baking sheet, continue this process until all the tofu is used up.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400ºF (200°C) for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or as desired.
