Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 2 cups Half ripe papaya / paw paw, shredded
  • 2 Five fingers / carambola, sliced into stars
  • 3 tbsps. Lime juice
  • 2 tbsps. Sugar
  • 1 pk. Maggi Magic Chef
  • ½ tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Finely chopped Chadon Beni / escallion
  • 1 Christophene / Cho cho, shredded

Instructions

    1. Using a whisk, combine the olive oil, lime juice, sugar, Magic Chef, garlic and Chadon beni / scallion thoroughly.

    2. Pour dressing over shredded fruits and vegetables. Toss to coat completely.

    3. Chill until ready to serve.
