Stir Fry Pork with Orange

  • 1 lb Pork fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up for Pork with Ginger
  • ¼ cup ORCHARD Orange juice (TT) Orange juice (JM)
  • 3 tbsps. Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsps. cornstarch
  • 3 MAGGI Chicken Bouillon Cubes (dissolved in ½ cups warm water)
  • ¼ cup Chive / escallion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Orange segments


    1. Marinate pork in season up, orange juice, soy sauce and garlic for 1 hour or overnight.

    2. Heat oil and add pork. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

    3. Add broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute.

    4. Dissolve cornstarch into Chicken Bouillon and add to the pork along with pepper and chive / escallion. Cook until sauce thickens.

    5. Toss in orange segments before serving.
