Spicy Bean Stew

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Escallion (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Peppers (chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet (finely chopped)
  • 1 Can Broadbeans (drained)
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/4 Cup Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix 50G Pouch (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (drained)


  1. Heat oil in saucepan and add garlic, onion, escallion, sweet pepper, and scotch bonnet and saute for one minute.

  2. Stir in beans, Maggi Season-Up All Purpose, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and mixed vegetable into pot. Reduce heat, cover pot and simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve with staple of choice.
