Spicy Bean Stew

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Clove garlic, mined
  • 1 stalk Escallion (chive), chopped
  • 2 small Sweet peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 2 tins Broad bean or butter beans, drained
  • 2 tbsp Maggi Jerk Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Maggi Coconut Milk Powder
  • ½ cup Warm water


    1. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, escallion, sweet pepper and sauté for 1 minute.

    2. Stir in beans and Jerk Seasoning.

    3. Dissolve Coconut Milk Powder in warm water. Stir into bean mixture. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until sauce thickens.

    4. Remove from heat and serve.
