Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour Sifted
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Double-Acting, Straight Phosphate
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt, Table
  • 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter Cut into cubes
  • 3 Units Egg
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice Powder
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 2 Cups FITNESS® Original Cereal 285g Box Crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened

Instructions

    1. Preheated oven to 350°F (180°C). Properly grease and flour a Bundt pan.

    2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.

    3. In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter.

    4. Add the eggs, one at a time into the butter mixture, then stir in the lime zest, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice.

    5. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the Evaporated Milk, mixing after each addition.

    6. Pour batter into prepared pan.

    7. In a medium bowl mix, Cereal, brown sugar and butter until mixture is well combined. Sprinkle Cereal on top of cake batter.

    8. Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a rack to cool completely.

    10. Serve with a cup of NESCAFÉ Coffee
