Spaghetti and Meatball Casserole

  • 1 Pack Spaghetti Cook according to packaging direction
  • 1 Pack Cheese, Cream Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, Reduced Fat, With Olive Oil
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 2 Cups Cheese, Mozzarella, Whole Milk Grated and divided
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef For meatballs
  • 1 Unit Onion For meatballs,medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic For meatballs, finely chopped
  • 3 Units Pimento Pepper For meatballs, medium sized pimento pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Celery, Raw For meatballs, chopped
  • 1 Unit Egg For meatballs, medium sized eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Add cooked spaghetti to casserole dish.

  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Season up All Purpose. Coat spaghetti with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. TO MAKE MEATBALLS:- in a bowl, combine minced beef, Season Up All Purpose, garlic, onion, pimentos, celery, egg and breadcrumbs. Set aside for 10 minutes and then form meatballs.

  5. Gently mix together spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Spoon over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 6 - Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes.
