Spaghetti and Meatball Casserole

  • 1 Pack Spaghetti (200g), cook according to packaging direction
  • 1 Pack Cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Pack MAGGI SEASON UP All Purpose (10 g)
  • 1/3 Cup CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, grated and divided
  • 1 can Tomato pasta sauce (8 oz.),
  • 1 Pound Minced beef
  • 1 Pack MAGGI SEASON UP All Purpose (10 g)
  • 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 Medium Pimento pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Celery, chopped
  • 1 Medium Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Add cooked spaghetti to casserole dish.

  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Season up All Purpose. Coat spaghetti with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. TO MAKE MEATBALLS:- in a bowl, combine minced beef, Season Up All Purpose, garlic, onion, pimentos, celery, egg and breadcrumbs. Set aside for 10 minutes and then form meatballs.

  5. Gently mix together spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Spoon over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  6. Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes.
