Sour Cream & Chive Deviled Eggs

  • 6 large Hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsps. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • 1 tbsp. Finely chopped chive / escallion


  1. Shell hard-boiled eggs and cut each egg in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove yolks from eggs, place them in a mixing bowl and crush with a fork.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to crush yolks and mix into a smooth paste.

  4. Spoon or pipe mixture into the egg whites and garnish as desired.
