Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10” bundt pan.

In a mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Beat in eggs one at a time.

In bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

In another bowl combine one cup of Evaporated Milk, yoghurt and vanilla essence.

Add some of the flour mixture and milk mixture; alternating to make 3 additions of the flour mixture and 2 additions of the milk mixture.

Spoon half the cake mixture into the prepared pan

In a small bowl, combine the MILO and Evaporated Milk. Spoon this mixture onto the batter in the bundt pan

Spoon the remaining batter over the top, smoothing gently

Bake for approximately 1 hour or until tester inserted in centre of cake comes out clean.

Let cool in pan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before turning out.
* Dust with icing sugar before serving.
