Shrimp Ceviche

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Packs MAGGI SEASON UP Fish (10 g)
  • 1/2 Pound Shrimp, cleaned and cut up
  • 1/4 Cup Lime juice
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 3/4 Cup Onion, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon beni/Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Scotch bonnet/Hot pepper, finely chopped


  1. In a medium saucepan, add water and Season Up Fish. Bring to a boil and let cook for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. lace shrimp in a bowl with lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  3. Add remaining ingredients including cooled fish stock

  4. Stir to combine completely and refrigerate until ready to serve.
