Shrimp Ceviche

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Packs Maggi Season-Up! Powdered Seasoning Fish 10G Sachet
  • 0.5 Pound Shrimp, Cleaned and cut up
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes Diced
  • 3/4 Cup Onion Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves, Raw Finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Scotch Bonnet Finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Pepper Finely chopped


  1. In a medium saucepan, add water and Season Up Fish. Bring to a boil and let cook for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. Place shrimp in a bowl with lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  3. Add remaining ingredients including cooled fish stock

  4. Stir to combine completely and refrigerate until ready to serve.
