Ingredients

  • 6 ozs. Linguine or pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsps. Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined - seasoned
  • 1 pk. MAGGI SEASON UP FISH
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 2 tsps. Minced garlic
  • 2 tsps. Finely chopped fresh basil
  • ½ tsp. RED PEPPER / CHILLI FLAKES
  • 2 tbsps. Tomato paste
  • 1 can (15 ozs.) Diced tomatoes
  • 1 MAGGI Chicken Tomato Bouillon Tablet
  • Fresh basil / parsley for garnish

Instructions

    1. Cook pasta according to packaged directions. Drain and keep warm.

    2. In a medium saucepan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil.

    3. Cook seasoned shrimp for four minutes and remove from pan.

    4. Add remaining oil to pan and sauté onion, garlic, basil and crushed red pepper for 2 minutes

    5. Ad tomato paste, diced tomatoes and Bouillon Tablet. Bring to a boil and cook until sauce thickens. (approx. 5 minutes)

    6. Add cooked shrimp and cooked pasta to the pan and cook for one more minute.
