Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Green peas
  • 1 ½ cups Cauliflower florets
  • 2 med Shredded carrots
  • 1 ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • ½ tbsp MAGGI Season Up all purpose
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 6 strips (100 g) Back bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients for the salad in a deep clear salad bowl.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, Season Up, vinegar, olive oil, parmesan cheese and Evaporated Milk.

  3. Pour over salad and then sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top.
