Peel breadfruit and cut into cubes. Boil in a large pot of water with Cubes

Drain breadfruit and crush. Combine with remainder of ingredients except noodles and oil.

Make balls with breadfruit mixture, approx. 2” in diameter.

Place balls on a baking sheet and coat with noodles by pressing noodles around the sides of the balls using your hand

Deep fry balls until golden brown.
