Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 8 Ounce Salt Fish
  • 2 Tablespoon Chive
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 3 Unit Pimento
  • 1/2 Cup DLT Onion
  • 10 Gram MAGGI Season-Up! Powdered Seasoning Fish 10g Sachet
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Cup DLT Flour

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and Season Up Fish.
  • Add onions, pimento/seasoning peppers, garlic, chive/escallion and salt fish and stir to mix.
  • Pour water into bowl and mix thoroughly. This should form a thick batter.
  • Using a teaspoon, drop batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towel after frying.
