Rice Casserole

  • 1Lb.Beef, minced
  • 1 Pack MAGGI SEASON UP All Purpose
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Pimento pepper finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives, fresh chopped
  • 2 Cups Parboiled white rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Celery chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 Can Creamed corn
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot diced
  • 2 Cups CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 3 MAGGI Garlic Onion Bouillon Cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumb
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar cheese


  1. Season beef with Season Up, garlic, onions, pimento pepper, chive and celery. Marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. In a 2 quart casserole dish layer seasoned beef at the bottom.

  3. In a large bowl incorporate rice, vegetables, Evaporated Milk and Bouillon Cubes.

  4. Pour rice mixture over layer of beef in casserole dish

  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese.

  6. Bake in oven preheated at 375°F (180°C) for 1hr. Serve with a fresh salad.
